Soraka Support guide

Soraka support is a poke-and-sustain healer built around Starcall (Q), Astral Infusion (W), and Equinox (E): land Starcall on an enemy champion to slow them and recover health, spend that health back through Astral Infusion to heal an ally, and hold Equinox to silence anyone who engages, rooting them if they stay inside the zone until it expires. Salvation (passive) then speeds her toward whichever low-health ally needs the next cast.

The build

Rune page: Summon Aery, Manaflow Band, Transcendence, and Scorch (Sorcery), with Revitalize and Bone Plating (Resolve). Summoners: Flash and Heal. Skill order opens Starcall (Q) at level 1, then maxes Astral Infusion (W) first with Equinox (E) second. Starter: two Health Potions, into Ionian Boots of Lucidity. Core build: Moonstone Renewer, Redemption, Dawncore, with Dream Maker, Celestial Opposition, and Ardent Censer as later options.

Ability mechanics

Starcall (Q) drops a star on the target location, dealing magic damage and slowing enemies caught in it, and restores Soraka's health if it hits an enemy champion. Astral Infusion (W) sacrifices a portion of her own health to heal another allied champion, so it depends on Starcall (Q) landing first to refill what it spends. Equinox (E) creates a zone that silences every enemy inside it, then roots anyone still inside when the zone expires. Wish (R) instantly restores health to Soraka and all allied champions at once, regardless of where they are.

Matchups

Hardest matchups by win rate: Senna, Thresh, Nautilus, Milio, Nami. Best matchups: Karma, Lulu, Seraphine.
