Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a subscription or product from MOBA Trainer.
This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to withdraw a transaction and/or receive a refund for paid subscriptions or one-off purchases on mobatrainer.com, mobatrainer.gg, or the MOBA Trainer desktop application, operated by MOBA Trainer B.V. ("MOBA Trainer", "we", "us").
This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Use.
2. Global rule
Unless required by applicable law or granted by us on a discretionary basis (Section 5 below), all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose (see Section 4).
If you receive a refund under this policy, access to the relevant paid features will end.
3. Country-specific withdrawal rights
Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override Section 2.
3.1 European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.
- The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent subscription payments, except as described below.
- If your subscription includes a free trial, a new 14-day withdrawal window begins on the day the free trial ends and you are first charged.
- If you are in the United Kingdom and have an annual subscription, a new 14-day withdrawal window begins each time your subscription auto-renews for another year.
- The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or used when you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights at checkout.
To exercise this right, you must request a refund within 14 days of the transaction (Section 6).
3.2 Turkey / Israel
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction.
3.3 South Korea / Brazil / China
Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
3.4 Canada
Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

3.5 Singapore
Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or services after delivery or first access and receive a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the transaction.
4. Refunds for technical or product defects
If you experience persistent technical issues with MOBA Trainer or a material defect that prevents you from accessing paid features as described:
- Contact us first at vlad@mobatrainer.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue;
- Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Discretionary refunds
Outside the statutory rights in Section 3, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. Submitting a request within this 14-day period does not guarantee a refund.
All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may consider factors including the nature of the product, the reason for the request, how much the account has been used, and any applicable contractual terms. We may approve a refund in full, approve a partial refund, or decline the request.
Any discretionary refund granted by us is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future, including for similar requests.
6. How to request a refund
To withdraw, cancel, and/or request a refund, email vlad@mobatrainer.com with:
- your account email,
- the date of charge,
- the payment or receipt reference from your purchase confirmation email, and
- the reason for the request.
If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval of the request. Settlement to your bank or card may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Add-ons and one-time purchases
Add-ons linked to a main subscription expire when the main subscription ends, unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility for add-ons and one-time purchases follows the same criteria as the main transaction, unless local law provides otherwise.
Items delivered and fully accessible immediately may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
We encourage you to contact us before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to your paid features may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
