Two-rotation ult kill

W him so he combos and E's you away (proccing Stormraider's Surge), then ult him when he walks back up — after 6 that should kill him, especially in ranged form.

Bully, but respect spikes

Play Comet with Ignite to bully him, but with Stormraider's Surge he can combo and run, and he gets dangerous at 3+ items or off a random kill.
